Abilities: Ability to manipulate water, including creating water, controlling water temperature, as well as turning water into jelly-like substances or glass-like substance.

Likes: Swimming, exploring on land, wheel chairs.
Dislikes: Legs... and not much else is known  yet

Story: Sachiko is a fairly young mermaid who is rather friendly with humans. However, because she is not able to gain legs, she did end up resorting to relying on wheel chair to be able to get around on land. She uses a blanket, as well as armbands and bandana to cover her fins. Despite her fascination with human world, she takes pride in being a mermaid, and has no desire with gaining legs.  She felt that the ability of gaining legs would make her feel less of a mermaid.

However, because she gets around on land as a mermaid, with the use of towels and blankets, it is rather very risky for her, and her action is generally frowned up on by other mermaids.

She is not entirely defenseless on land. Since Sachiko has true water affinity.* This allows her to truly have control over water, including water temperature, as well as creating water out of air, and hardening water into jelly-like substance to Glass-like substance.

*Taiseian Mermaids all share basic water affinity, while each having another elemental affinity, such as fire, thunder, etc. for example Water+thunder, or water+wind affinity. Sachiko is water+water affinity, making it true water.

Personality: She is generally nice, but shy. She is very stubborn when it comes to having legs, as she will fight about it.
